Thank you Brent and Cody for an amazing experience! From the time we walked into Kemp's Dalton West Flooring's showroom, we were pleasantly greeted and provided excellent care while choosing our flooring. Exceptional knowledge of selection and installation process, scheduled quickly, installed beautifully. And Brett, the installer was very pleasant and also proved to be not only knowledgeable concerning the intricacies of stairway carpet installation, but also a master... read more

Brent and Cody were in the office that day and provided us with exceptional service; they were very attentive to our questions and helped us pick flooring that matched our aesthetic taste and price point. They even gave us some refreshments while we were there! While we haven't purchased flooring from them yet, they are a strong contender based off the customer service they provided to us today as potential buyers. We left today with quotes in hand.
