Great customer service. Very pleased with response time to my furnace issue from this past Saturday. Ken Duval oil has always been prompt for service and oil deliveries .
Can’t say enough good things about this company they always treat me right. Had a service needed for a clean out and tune up and John Michael came out to service my system. Stand up guy, really appreciated him coming out. These guys are good people, strongly recommend.

Great experience so far. I've used them once for yearly maintenance service and once for delivery. I've previously been using Raynard brothers for the last 4 years but Raynard has been extremely unreliable and unresponsive lately. Ken Duval has been great filling in. They have an actual person that answers the phone, they're friendly, helpful, responsive, and quick to deliver and offer service. There are very few companies that deliver diesel fuel in the Brockton area. We had a large generator that had to be filled during construction every other day. Bill and his crew were able to take care of it. I want to thank them all Great service.
