Great experience so far. I've used them once for yearly maintenance service and once for delivery. I've previously been using Raynard brothers for the last 4 years but Raynard has been extremely unreliable and unresponsive lately. Ken Duval has been great filling in. They have an actual person that answers the phone, they're friendly, helpful, responsive, and quick to deliver and offer service. There are very few companies that deliver diesel fuel in the Brockton area. We had a large generator that had to be filled during construction every other day. Bill and his crew were able to take care of it. I want to thank them all Great service.
Wow, Just wow! I am truly amazed by the team at Ken Duvall/Bonani Oil. This estimate may have taken a bit from Sarah and the team but it was well worth it! Geno, a wonderfully knowledgeable employee with over 30+ years experience was able to figure out how to install new tanks in my very old home without any disruption. I also want to mention that Geno came back to figure out this process, listened to me about not having an outside old tank and came in thousands less than other companies. Prompt service and EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Having experienced other businesses where they won’t even return a call, let alone actually answer the phone, these folks are friendly, helpful and kind. They won’t leave you hanging in an emergency and don’t act like you’re bothering them when you call. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
This is a long story but I figured future prospective customers should know; First of all, everyone should know that this company operates under 3 different names, Ken Duval, Bridgewater Fuel, and Bonani. Everyone in my family has been using this company for many many years and never had an issue before. Recently, I got an oil delivery and a boiler cleaning on the house I just bought.
