STOP SEARCHING! If you want to buy a vehicle - THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!. Jesson Schear, our car salesman, was beyond GREAT! I am very indecisive yet he stayed calm and professional throughout. Purchased 2 catalytic converters from Ken Garff Nissan SLC for my xterra, returned the cores 2/4/23 for a refund of $538.75. Received a call on 3/29/23 from Accounts Receivable about an error in the amount of the core returns, the receipt I have shows a credit. Seems they did NOT credit my card, rather they CHARGED me for the refund. So... while dealing with the accounts department, instead of the $1,077.50 to re-credit my card the employee sent in $10,755.50. I recently had my car serviced and I was not at all pleased with the outcome. At the time of my appointment there were so many cars waiting to be serviced that I was concerned for the safety of my car. I watched the technician drive my car around the bay very recklessly. The speed at which he was driving my car was not at all appropriate for the situation.
