Nice houses but we(townhouse residents) can't even use the amenity space or the gym even though the residents were told that we are allowed to use it during every meeting that was held during the rebuild of the property. Excuses keep getting made whenever the office is asked by residents when will we be allowed to reserve and use the space.
Its no point in applying, i completed an application 2-3 weeks ago paid for my application fee also, constantly checked my email address only to find out on the day of calling that they WILL NOT have any units available for 2-3 years!
I've been living here for 1 year and 4 months. Do I like the apartment yes I love that it's big and has a lot of space but I was not told that there was a A/C problem in certain apartments and the one I was shown had to be the apartment that has the problem was it fix Hell No they gave me the portable a/c that don't keep you cool at all the extension to put on the window from the portable air conditioner unit was not giving with it.
