They are terrible about their scheduling, or they prioritize commercial customers over individuals. The last 2 appointments I have attempted to schedule have been rescheduled due to overbooking the same time slot. The first time it happened I had scheduled a month out. They called me the week of and said that my time slot was over booked and they would have to reschedule my appointment. I had an appointment scheduled for this week and the same thing happens. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Employees were friendly. I hate the AI powered phone answering software. I ended up hanging up after being routed around in a circle several times. I called sales and had them transfer me to service.
I brought my Impala in for an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. I was told everything went well with the services and that my car didnt have any issues. I asked for a copy of the multipoint inspection results, which then showed me needing an alignment, air filters, and my rear brakes being bad (1mm). My front brakes showed OK (6mm). Kenny Kent has always been very professional with me and has always helped out when needed. If they wasn’t able to get to my calls right then they returned my calls within a timely manner. Would always return to Kenny Kent for my service needs and to buy again.
Did a drop off which was convenient. I got a text message about my car and was also called to discuss issues with my car. I was able to approve the needed services through a link and everything was well communicated. When I picked up my vehicle, I went into the service department and was helped almost immediately. Easy payment processing and back out the door with my keys. Car is running great!
