People were lovely, so I'll give them credit here. They were all helpful and personable. However, prepare to be robbed, they nickel and dime everything, charge premium prices for scrap parts that have visible damage. We used a fuse box lid as a tray to hold ignition coils. For this lid we were charged $21.49 + a 7 dollar core charge... 61$ for 4 used coils (74$ for a brand new set on amazon, first result without having to dig for deals....). You've lost the plot. this location has bad stuffing issues, employees have no interested doing their job, they are there to collect paychecks, bad customer service, staff have any knowledge about parts or cars
$5 to enter a store to buy something..When is Walmart going to charge an entry fee. It's rediculous.

I and open letter to the management in April off this year I bought 4 rotors the rotors were defective so it returned the very said day I was then told no refund and I was given a gift card I left feeling I can use my card which was to have a value off $112.00 to my surprise when I returned to use the card the teller told me there are no funds available I was told to contact the company to no avail no one has called me so no I am not pleased with the management team at your establishment
