RecommendedI'd say the biggest highlight of that cold snowy day was the warm welcome from the two young lady's at the door who were very nice and freindly. the system is good. you give the nice young lady at the door 5 bucks, tell her what car your looking for and you get a list of vehicles that fit what your looking for. the number on the ticket for each vehicle is plainly visible for what row of vehicles it is in. there are carts at the door for your tools which is great because the yard is huge. grab your cart head on in, find you... read more

I bought a car battery from them and they told me to bring back my old battery to get back the $25 core fee. I brought it back and was handed a gift card for $28 that can only be used at Kenny U Pull. I said where’s my money back and was told they only give gift cards. That’s not money back. I don’t need anything else from them. WHAT A SCAM AND RIP OFF!!! I was told cash back but this sure isn’t cash…except for Kenny U Pull. DONT EVER GIVE THESE SCAM ARTISTS YOUR MONEY.

When a battery is purchased simultaneously with a new one, the core fee deduction is applied directly to the purchase price. However, if the old battery is returned after the initial purchase, the refund is issued in the form of a gift card.
