I was getting the run around with both my home warranty company AND the "specially screened service provider" they had sent to "fix" my heat pump. ELEVEN days (and 3 service visits without success) of no real answers and being told I was going to be paying nearly $1,000 PLUS LABOR out of pocket for something they could not seem to tell me needed to be fixed, I called kenny's home comfort for a second opinion. I wanted to know who and what I was dealing with, and I trusted the people I had spoken to with this company.
In less than an hour and no where near the fortune I was being told it would take, we finally have a working, efficient heat pump!!! Kenny was prompt and hard working, and explained my unit to me (I came from a gas-heated home, so the heat pump is new to me). He made sure it was fully working before leaving, and my mom wants to bake him an apple pie for his good work. I cannot express my thanks enough or my total confidence in this company. I had just bought my house over the summer and had not established a service contract for maintenance yet, but I know who I will be working with! Quality always shows through, from the people in the office to the people in the field. Thank you, kenny's home comfort , for making this a happy Christmas season after all!!! 😊😊😊
