I have tried to book with Dr Kelsi Semeschuk 3 times. The first time she cancelled on me 1 hour before my appointment and because she was sick. The receptionist said she has a bad cough and that she’ll stay if she wants me to but she would highly advise against it. No worries, I rescheduled a month later. 1 month later they changed my appointment time because of something happening in the practice where it would interrupt the session with loud noises? Whatever. The psychologist I see (Bozena for EMDR) has been amazing. In only a few months I am already a happier and healthier version of myself. I look forward to my sessions because I am seeing the benefits. I cannot rate this practice highly enough. Edwin is warm, empathetic and very approachable. He is making a big impact on improving my mental health. I have also had the pleasure of having conversations with the owner of the practice, and the front office staff. After moving to SA i had to find a new psychologist in Adelaide. While it usually takes me a a few weeks to feel comfortable with a new doctor, my experience with the team at Kensington Psychology has been absolutely amazing and I felt at ease almost immediately. Would recommend 10/10.
Appointments are always on time. The offices/rooms are comfortable and inviting. Herman (Harry) is easy to talk to and has good insight. I'd recommend Kensington Psychology.
