My experience with Kent County Motors has been excellent. First, our salesman was very courteous, friendly and professional. The service department did our first service in a very timely manner with great courtesy, professionalism, and efficiency. We are very pleased that we purchased our GMC Terrain from this outstanding dealership.
We were car shopping after 10 years since we owned a new car. , but were not sure on what vehicle we really wanted. All the staff was very friendly and did not rush us or attack us like some dealerships do. We felt very welcomed. Took our time to decide and made a great purchase. My salesman Rodney was very professional and worked diligently to find me the right car with everything I wanted. Not to mention was able to get me in and out in under an hour! He worked with me to find me a car I could afford!! Definitely the salesman you want to go to!
