[Edited] The care is terrible. The facility itself is in terrible condition. Here's why: Not only is the parking lot a block away from the emergency room, the room itself is a cramped up place that looks to be as old as the CEO. Forced to look at the only channel with the same news for 2 hours is a sure fire way to ensure more patients on the psychiatrist aisle. Came in to the ER today for severe abdominal/pelvic pain and wasn't sure what to expect because it was my first time there. I would say my experience was mostly positive in that the staff were good about providing proper care and conducting the necessary tests. I was very appreciative of Dr. Jorge Garcia's attentiveness and efforts to manage my pain and make me feel more comfortable. I went to ER two days ago with abdominal pain and had great attention and experience. The nurses and doctors are all nice, good and professionals. The hospital has new owners, so don’t hesitate to give them the opportunity to help you.
Went in for an out patient procedure and the staff was wonderful from beginning to end. The pre op nurse Brenda was nice and even called me the next day to make sure I was OK. The out patient staff and my nurse Ana attended to me I felt like I was the only patient. Dr.rich my wonderful or tho surgeon was on time I really enjoyed this hospital. Great service!
I was admitted here a couple of month ago for kidney stones. As you can imagine I was in so much pain when I walked in, the doctors and nurses from the ER were extremely nice and made me feel comfortable and that I was going to be ok. After that they took me in for observation and the nurses who took care of me were wonderful Ileana was checking on me every 30 min.
