Theo was a great resource of knowledge and advice on the approach to market our home. He was very methodical and patient explaining details. The outcome was 'right on' in regards to what to expect on the selling process. The Kerby & Cristina team at ReMax are amazing. They have key resources for free to help sell the home (from a home designer and professional photography, to readily available and quick to respond personnel)

Tiffany was everything you want in a realtor! Patient and encouraging, understanding and listening during home hunting. Then she was quick, responsive and attentive during the offer phase, and proactive and acted with foresight during negotiations. I could not have asked for a better realtor, and recommend Tiffany with all of the stars possible! She went well above and beyond the level of service and helpfulness that could have been expected from a realtor!

Eric and I first met and talked about selling my current home over two years ago! He stayed in touch with me during that time by checking in every 3-6 months and was never pushy or overbearing. Susan helped us find our new home quickly! She also found us a lender that was versed in the type of mortgage that we needed (self employed) and she made it very easy and fun all the way through! I'd recommend Susan to anyone looking for a property in the western suburbs.

Eric is doing an outstanding job for us. We know he's in a very busy time, but he's been responsive to us in getting showings. Once we made our decision, he's followed through on every detail in a timely manner. He seems to be very readily available to respond to our questions and requests regardless of the time of day they reach him.

Eric and the entire team were really great to work with! Eric is knowledgeable about the local market, responsive and a great negotiator. The marketing that was done to sell our home was excellent. They generated a great deal of interest as evidenced by the continual stream of prospective buyers we had throughout the selling process. We are building a new home and won't be moving for quite some time, but we know who will call when we do!!!
