Pat is the easiest realtor to work with and will easily walk you through the selling or buying process. Also, Pat is able to effectively negotiate on both the selling and buying side. My husband and I could not have been happier with the end result! We will be using him in the future if ever needed!

Pat was so patient with me (a first time homebuyer) and so flexible! I work nights and he bent over backwards to accommodate my crazy schedule. I still love my house, but when the time comes to move I will call Pat!

Mariette did a fantastic job! Being a first time buyer I was nervous. Mariette was excellent at making sure I understood everything. It was a smooth process with her. Plus, she is very sweet and nice :) Would definitely recommend!

Sarah was wonderful to work with! She was gentle with us, we hadn't sold a home in 25 years, but very honest with us in what needed to be done to get it sold. She was very knowledgeable in what buyers were looking for and expecting in a home in our price range. She was very active in following up with the parties that had showings at our home. Patrick was very helpful when I was buying a new house and selling one. He responded quickly when I had questions. He was knowledgeable of the process of purchasing and selling a house and directed me in what was needed to be done. He knew the area I was interested in and was able to negotiate the price I needed.

Christian was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and offered valuable insight throughout the entire process - from choosing the right home for us to negotiating with the sellers. He gave us great advice and we were successful in a very competitive sellers market. He has a good work ethic and was prepared to work, whatever it took. It was great working with Allie with selling our house. She walked us along every step of the way and made sure we were comfortable and knowledgeable! The best part with working with Allie was how responsive she was to every email, text and phone call. She was able to sell our house in one month as well as help us negotiate in purchasing a new one.
