Over the years we have had the pleasure of working with Pat on four real estate transactions. Allie helped me tremendously to find the right house, in the right neighborhood, for the right price. She helped organized plenty of showings for us all throughout the Minneapolis area. She was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to questions we had about the house history. She also did a fantastic job when there were counteroffers for the house and being able to negotiate on our behalf.

Amazing in every way. Super helpful with an unusually complicated process. Our house is in an unusual area without very many comps to use and Cristina’s insights were helpful so we did not overpay.
