When we unexpectedly decided to buy a neighbors home there was no doubt who we would call for help. Allie has assisted us on two other purchases in Plymouth and has always brought her positive can do attitude, professional knowledge, and sunny up-beat personality to the transaction. Juan Jurado was such a supportive, and educated person. Juan traveled to great distances to please our every need. I met Kortney at an open house. She was warm, kind and professional. She helped me navigate my questions about buying and selling. Kortney is prompt and followed through on getting me any information I needed. She gave me detailed, organized and thorough reports/data so that I could compare different scenarios. Amanda Peterson did a phenomenal job helping me find my new home. It was a bit unusual in that, I live and work out-of-country. She was willing to chat via messenger and video. Also work with my sister, who was my rep in the USA. Amanda was willing to chat at odd hours, as there was a 13 hours difference between our locations. Amanda definitely went above and beyond to help me find a home.

Shilo was absolutely amazing. She went WAY BEYOND to help me with everything I needed as first time home buyer. She was not only knowledgeable but also very patient. The remodeling and landscaping companies she recommended were very good as well. Highly recommend Shilo for anyone out there looking for a real estate agent.
