I could not have been more pleased with Dylan! He really helped focus my search, was very responsive to any questions I had, and provided a great breakdown of every house we toured. We were so impressed and happy with our experience in working with Dylan. As first time home-buyers we needed someone we could trust. Dylan was patient and educated us on the entire process. He was always available to ask any type of question, any time of day. Stephanie was an outstanding agent. She was very knowledgeable about market trends and the home buying process. We contracted during a very competitive market, and she remained positive, encouraging, and responsive despite a few lost offers. She knew our needs, and was always transparent on how a given home fared towards them. She helped us find our perfect first home, and connected us with other key parties such us our mortgage broker.
