Jeremy was awesome. We had a bad experience with another big name realtor and were not able to sell our house in Summer 2022. We relisted with Jeremy in Spring 2023. The market had improved, but he also brought energy, enthusiasm, and the hustle necessary for us to get multiple offers and close at a price higher than we hoped for in Summer 2022. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Being a first home buyer its really not easy there is a lot challenges you go through the whole process.. Thankfully we were lucky enough to have had Jay by our side. He literally helped us from the get go all the way until we moved in into our new home.. He is very thorough, patient, kind and very understanding.. Jeremy was awesome! We worked together during a crazy housing time. He knew what I wanted and did everything he could to find that house for me in my budget. He was easily accessible by text and email. He takes time to go through the houses with you and shared his knowledge of what may need to be fixed in the future. Such an amazing experiences!

Dylan is a rock-star. First-time home buyer and Dylan walked with me through every step of the convoluted way. Answered the same questions I asked repeatedly due to my lack of experience. Very patient and understanding. Dylan is "Johnny-on-the-spot" when it comes to answering phone calls, text, email, etc. Extremely personable and friendly. He always wanted to make sure I "love" the house, not just "like" it, meaning to me he took my interests before his own. Highly recommended whether first-time home buyers or otherwise.
