Sean helped us as first time homebuyers with purchasing a home while living out of state solely through video walkthroughs. He was extremely patient and understanding of all of our questions. He noticed the small details that might need to be fixed that we were unable to see through FaceTime calls. He felt genuine and trustworthy throughout the entire process and has continued to help us with questions even after closing on our home.

As a first time home buyer, especially bring younger, and in this market, I was extremely nervous about the home buying process. It’s intimidating, jargon filled language, and financially a huge commitment. From the first time Andrew and I met, he eased all my worries and then some. He was able to break down the each step simply. He helped me find my most perfect first home at a lot cheaper than I thought I’d be able to. I would recommend all my family and friends to him!

I cannot say enough good things about working with Dylan, my process was a little longer than most (I assume) and Dylan was patient and helpful throughout the entire time. He paid attention to the places I was interested in and sent homes that he thought were similar. He was never too overbearing and was always responsive to all the questions I had.. I had many. I am very happy I worked with Dylan and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new home.

Jo helped us to identify and match our needs with the current challenging housing market. As we are foreigners, she was very patient and empathic to explain us how things work here, especially during the biding process.
