Bill helped me get a deal on a house during the crazy housing market of 2021. His negotiation skills are very good, and knew when and when not to ask for items found during my inspection. His ability to communicate was fantastic, answering texts and calls week nights and weekends, and letting me know when an email was sent that needed attention. We decided to use David Lee with Kerby and Cristina. David was very responsive, helpful and did everything needed to keep the house on track. He checked in often enough making sure that there were no questions or concerns. We were out of town and David was willing and able to take care of things at the house, making sure there were no delay's getting the house on the market. Sean helped us as first time homebuyers with purchasing a home while living out of state solely through video walkthroughs. He was extremely patient and understanding of all of our questions. He noticed the small details that might need to be fixed that we were unable to see through FaceTime calls. He felt genuine and trustworthy throughout the entire process and has continued to help us with questions even after closing on our home.

As a first time home buyer, especially bring younger, and in this market, I was extremely nervous about the home buying process. It’s intimidating, jargon filled language, and financially a huge commitment. From the first time Andrew and I met, he eased all my worries and then some. He was able to break down the each step simply. He helped me find my most perfect first home at a lot cheaper than I thought I’d be able to. I would recommend all my family and friends to him!

I cannot say enough good things about working with Dylan, my process was a little longer than most (I assume) and Dylan was patient and helpful throughout the entire time. He paid attention to the places I was interested in and sent homes that he thought were similar. He was never too overbearing and was always responsive to all the questions I had.. I had many. I am very happy I worked with Dylan and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new home.
