Sarah was extremely organized and professional. Very much enjoyed working with her. We accepted an offer that was $6,000. over our list price in just 48 hours after the the house was listed. I believe the reason this happened is that Sarah spent the time to research what a reasonable listing price should be and that she used her co-workers to properly stage our house and take professional photographs of our property. Couldn't be happier with our experience with Sarah.

I am extremely pleased with Jim. He reached out to me with information on a Saturday evening, we met and discussed the details related to my property. He arranged everything and guided me through preparing, showing and selling my duplex. Jim is extremely professional and a great person to work with. The end result was exactly what I wanted and more that I expected.
