Lori was the listing agent for my father's land that was located in a pretty remote area. I was pleasantly surprised at the value of the land that she determined from the comps. The property was listed on the weekend and an offer was put in on Monday, which we accepted. It was a very swift process and it was helpful that she was able to get drone photos without us making the trip out there. I expected the selling process to take a lot longer, but it was done incredibly quickly.
I am a first-time homebuyer and Allie took the time to walk me through everything so I understood what to expect. Working with Allie has been a great experience and I will definitely be working with her in the future!
Sarah was really nice to work with, everything went very smoothly in sale of home. Quick responses, good follow through, very personable. I helped price the home, and she was correct in her steps on how to do so. I am appreciative of her help in the process of selling my home.

Allie was able to find us our house the first day we started looking! She is very easy to talk to, ask questions, and explain the process in very understandable way. Her entire team I worked with was incredible. I felt very comfortable in her hands through the whole process.
Was very helpful and helped us find a place. Went through the process with us and negotiated pretty well. Able to save us a lot. He also did an amazing job answering any questions we had, setting up showings that fit our schedule and was on top of his game. It took a bit and a deal did fall through due to the seller not disclosing certain details but Travis was able to help us turn around quickly and find another place within a couple of days.
Patrick was phenomenal in helping us buy and close on our first house (dulplex) July 1. He went above and beyond in many ways throughout the whole buying process. Pat had timely responses to our requests to see houses and put in offers. If he couldn't show it, there was always showing agents available to the quickest time possible that worked for us.
