Bill is great, he made us feel very comfortable and NEVER pressured us or talked us into anything we were not comfortable with. His team is very respectful and professional. In the future when/if I am selling/buying a home I will be contacting him again.

From the start, Rachel was organized and helpful. She informed about the process with Kerby and Cristina and once my house was listed, she was responsive to questions and provided well-informed and thoughtful advice regarding the offer received. When items came back from the inspection, she was prepared with plumbers and electricians to check those things out and to repair as necessary. Allie responded to all of our questions quickly. She anticipated our needs and suggested properties to look at. She very quickly got us into properties we inquired about. She organized many showings for us. After we made an offer, she was a great advocate for us in a difficult negotiating process.

Christian was very helpful in the home buying process and was able to guide two newcomers through the home buying process. He was able to help my fiance and I fulfill our ambitious goals and work within a short time frame to successfully navigate the real estate market. Christian's background in construction was an especially important tool to lean on in managing expectations when concerns about renovations arose, as well as with determining the condition of various aspects of each property we viewed.

Easy to work with and very responsive. Also, provided us with great tools which helped greatly with our search. Our kids enjoyed having Christian show us homes as well. The over all process was quick and painless. We ended up finding a new home much faster than we anticipated.
