Everything went so smoothly! The tear off, replacement of underwood, etc. One day; passed inspection the next; and new roof put on the third day. Kern Roofing was even able to refer me to a company to remove/reinstall solar panels. All of the people I've interacted with were professional and job oriented. Thank you for a job well done.!
Absolutely the best roofing company in town! Very dependable and hard workers!! Just had my patio roof done and it was so fast and such a good job! They have the best employees!
Mike and company are very professional, they did a great job replacing our roof. His employees worked diligently and they left my home nice a clean with no trash anywhere. They worked directly with my home insurance and they were able to all my roof to be covered by the insurance. They took a stressful process off my plate and handled it without me being involved. When an insurance company try to low ball the replacement cost, don't fall for it, please call Kern Roofing before you accept any money from them.
Mike was honest and helpful with the bid, and Jonathan and the crew were extremely professional, kind, respectful and such hard workers. I didn’t realize roofs needed to be checked and serviced, and I hadn’t done that in 20+ years since I had my home built. I didn’t need a new roof, just some cleaning and repairs. The guys just finished my roof and I’m very pleased. Shout out to Mike and Martin. I’m impressed with the quality and detail. They added 4 attic vents where none existed before, they painted all vent pipes to match, they split the ridge caps from the center out, they did an incredible job with the clean up.
