My order was a small order -- a flowering houseplant. I received a call from the florist after placing my order online and she asked permission to substitute -- at no additional cost to me -- a more expensive the remaining plants like I ordered in her shop were not up to her standards. This shows great customer service and pride in the products that they offer. (My friend was very pleased with the final plant.) Highly recommend!

Prompt, excellent quality and great service - I have used Kern Park Flower Shoppe several times to send flowers to family in Portland. I do not live in Oregon and having to send flowers to family from out of state is always a quality issue for me since I have received flowers from out of state or out of country that I know have cost a fortune and the quality of which has been terrible. Being the procrastinator I am and my working 7 days a week I ordered last minute corsages for my Daughter and her friend who are going stag to their prom this evening and they came through.
