Problem was taken care of sameday in our bathroom. venting in our common area laundry room has not beentaking care of yet!
Do not move here. I promise you will regret it. Overpriced rent for a place riddled with drug activity, unclean, useless property managers, even corporate can’t help you. Ask anyone who lives here or in an AIY property. Literally anywhere else. The West Side is cleaner and more safe than this disgusting slumlord ran dump.
I’ve been waiting on my railing on my balcony to be fixed for 5 months now. Would love to feel comfortable on my balcony for fresh air. No one seems considered that a paralyzed person who lives on a third story doesn’t feel safe with the railing laid across the balcony, completing exposing my to potential death or further paralysis.
Shouldn't have to wait days for someone to show up to fix heat that doesn't work when a room is literally 53° then have the maintenance guy show up and say our heat is fine and again it's 53° in my bedroom in the middle of winter in ohio. Then finally someone comes and actually does their job and finds the problem. Head of maintenance is very nice though.
