As a family member of a long term care patient at Kettering Heights, I can attest that the staff truly cares about their patients as if they were their own family. Each staff member who interacts with my grandma is kind, thoughtful and caring. They truly are making major changes for the betterment of the facility, the residents and the community with rennovations, staff updates and cultural changes. I am very happy to be part of such a great organization.

My husband died 9 days after his discharge from C-diff. The place was nasty and 90% of their staff lazy and uncaring.
