Dr. Perman is the BEST!! My husband had skin cancer in his eye lid. Two local doctors told him the surgery would leave him deformed and one told him if he was having the surgery, he would only let Dr. Perman do it. Dr. Perman did the surgery, and he is NOT deformed!! He was kind and very upfront with all the information that we needed. His staff was AMAZING!! All of our questions were answered and the follow up could not have been better!!
