Very comfortable with Dr. he took his time and explained everything. Even ordered me something to calm me down before I come in next. Office staff was friendly and helpful. Technicians tried to make me comfortable and were easy to talk to.
Dr. Less was very professional and took his time in dealing with me. His office staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs. I would recommend this doctor and his staff for all of your needs!

The results of the exam(s) was interesting, though I left somewhat confused over the final decisions and upcoming appointments or follow up. Also, somehow I don't seem to have gotten home with the planned procedure(s) and dollar estimates. Please forgive me if that is confusing. Personally, I am affected by E.O.A.D. and I do gwt confused ...at times. Thanx for the time Dr. Less spent with me. It was a good "visit".
Appreciated the honest explanation of my options and the extreme effort that was made to assure my anxiety and comfort.
