Had a 7:30 appointment and was told to be there 15 minutes early. When I arrived, me and an elderly woman waited at the door in the rain for 10 minutes while they conducted a "meeting." When someone came to the door it was 7:25. 5 minutes until my scheduled visit. When the receptionist came to the door, in frustration, she stated the door will be open at 7:30... 5 minutes left to stand in the rain... when I told her we were advised to come 15 minutes early, she shut the door..very rude and unprofessional. Called to find out if they are actually open and I get an operator who doesn't know. Posting the hours which mean nothing because they should be open and are Not.
I went to this location last February. I was suffering terribly and wanted a tooth pulling. I was worked into the schedule after my urgent dental visit, and Dr. O took care not the teeth paining me on the spot. The staff was kind and helpful. This was before Covid, so I am optimistic that the customer service is still A1.
This place is full of professional individuals . They are full or joy and warmth. They promptly helped me during a time of crisis . I can’t wait to continue visiting them
How come when you call it says call back during Business hours? But the hours aren’t on google. The website says they should be open.
