Kevin W. has a really calm presence and is a great listener. He is also very knowledgeable. The practice also seems very organized and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences there. I’d definitely recommend them!
Dr Whitlock is the best psychiatrist I've seen in years. He's very caring when it comes to my mental health he does all possible and does keep me stable. I don't have insurance now so I pay out of pocket full price to meet with him. But here's the thing The billing people has on my account a past due balance that they cannot even tell me what it's for they just tell me that I owe it. I literally just walked into the Brandon location and their tech Kate took 20 minutes of her time to really explain the procedure to me and even comfort me because she could see that I was in distress. My road to recovery has just begun, but Kate and Dr. Whitlock have made me feel the most important thing in the world: that there is hope.
Dr. Whitlock is very kind and listens to your concerns. Staff is great. Telehealth is so easy and quick to do. Highly recommend.
