I have never had a problem at key. They have always been super nice and do a good job. On my way home today I thought I would just run through. My truck somehow on the track you cant move on hit one of the signs and broke my mirror. I wasn't all that upset I have a big truck I get it things happen. But the older manager guy came out 100% combative accusing me of steering into the sign... I was on the track??? While in neutral mid-wash my car was repeatedly rammed into the customer in front of me. The attendant on duty initially would not take a report or call a manager (stating they won't answer) and handed me a post-it note to write down my name and phone number. Only after pushing back was the proper paperwork produced. This is a serious safety issue and the lack of care, accountability, and urgency is unacceptable.
Visited today, it was a nice environment. Really bummed I paid for the platinum wash and my car was still very dirty (i live on a gravel road my car gets gross). It was a hot day I should have just done it myself, it would have been clean🫠
I’ve never used the car wash but take my dog to the dog wash often! So much easier than doing it at home! And my dog loves it!
Love it the people are so nice just went for the dog wash. Excellent experience my baby loves it I love it... Only go there for the dog wash cause I don't have a car...lol definitely going back!!! She is so soft and clean.
