I’m actually writing this review after moving out because the process was so easy and pleasant. I’ve had a unit here for about a year, and the experience was excellent the entire time. I’ve rented storage units in other cities before, and moving out was complicated and stressful — paperwork, delays, hoops to jump through. So I was honestly a little nervous ending my rental here. Matt helped me out so much. I was at their Fairview Location at first but then needed a bigger unit. The Maple Grove location had just the perfect size unit for me. Matt showed all the storage unit first to make sure I got the perfect size and prizing that I was wanting to fit into. He went through all the information with me and explained to me all the paperwork. Was great service! Would definitely recommend getting a unit with them. I also got a great deal on my unit and when I transferred they let me keep the deal.
I was very relieved to find this storage facility was under new management and is now manned. If that wasnt enough of a good surprise, Matt was fantastic in helping me with what i thought was a difficult situation. He was super nice, extremely helpful and resolved my issues within minutes! Matt helped me out today and did an excellent job. I've been renting here for several years and have had many issues with billing, poor customer service and attempted break ins. I believe all of the troubles are in the past and someone that genuinely cares is now at the wheel! Thanks Matt!
Check in process was easy and convenient. Jacob and Matt were very helpful when I needed to change unit size. This business is tucked away off the road so easy to miss. Great experience so far.
