They are pretty hard to get a hold of on the phone but I drove down to the office and Melody was very kind and helpful. I was able to rent a storage unit right away and left satisfied with my purchase. If you don't have renters insurance then you have to pay an extra $9 for that but it still doesn't come out too bad. But then again that is just my opinion. I think it's a great place and I like The view when I go to check out my stuff in the storage. Have a nice day.
10/10 service ! Drove with my fiance from Salem/Portland area and had a bit of confusion from past owners and the new owners and employees were just absolutely wonderful ! They went above and beyond to help us out and I truly cannot thank them enough. I appreciate you guys so much!

Being there for three months and our unit is been completely ran through with mice. A lot of stuff has been destroyed a lot of personal stuff. I even talked to the owner about it, and he seem to not care at all didn’t even say a word. This place has a really big mice problem and there is no food in the unit, and still they came in through the roof because it was warm in there. Just sad and I wouldn’t go here.
Different managers. Not as friendly as they used to be. Noticed evidence of rodent in my unit. Moved to a different, cleaner facility.
