Had some clients of mine apply for an apartment managed by this company. They instructed us to have co-signers apply as well ($69 per person, totaling $276). After two weeks of daily e-mails we were finally informed that our applications were denied as they had "five applications" to choose from. In a competitive rental market the time it took for this company to get us an answer caused us to not only miss out on other apartments, but my clients are out nearly $300 with nothing to show for it. Extremely poorly handled.
My experience with Mary since the first time we talked have been amazing. She is incredible, always answer your questions and help you in any need you may have. She knows well the market and tell you exactly what you can expect about your property! I trust and know with her my property is under good care. I recommend her 100%!
Mary and team at Key Renters were awesome! Mary and her team are awesome. First, Mary rearranged her schedule to accommodate the showing of the property in short notice. We sold our Townhouse on a matter of 5 hours and were not able to find a new home to purchase in order to close by the time out closing took place. I managed my property myself for two years. I wasn’t sure if a management company would be worth the cost. When my past tenant’s lease was over I had enough.
