Ervin the property manager is the only good thing about this place. Expect to be bombarded with tons of unexpected move out fees at the end of your lease with no communication regarding the nature of the charges. We moved in Apr 2023 and immediately had to call Greentree to send somebody to fix our windows (they were making a ton of noise and were very loose), so the fact that we're being charged for window repair fees at the end of our stay is an absolute joke considering we never damaged them to begin with.
TL;DR great residential manager, but the building itself has too many issues that you don't have to put up with. Ervin, the residential manager, is the best thing that ever happened to this place. He always responded to the maintenance requests quickly and never forgot a thing that I mentioned in passing. He is the best residential manager I've had and he deserves 5 stars.
