Best in house system by far. We’ve doubled if not tripled our membership utilizing this system. User friendly and customer service oriented. The owner is professional along with his staff. Highly recommend and affordable!
I must say, this is absolutely the best POS system I have ever utilized. I do not own a martial arts academy but instead its a performance gym where the majority of clientele is pro athletes. This has changed my entire business for the better. Not an owner just a soon to be former student. Set up auto pay, site shows I paid Discover shows I paid. Were the payment went?? Google was just the first place I could think to go. Discover is the second. I'm sure I'm not going to get very far with such a low dollar complaint but who knows.
I am a business owner who has been using Kicksite for several months and I am relieved by how simple it is to use and how responsive and helpful the team is, I received great onboarding and support from Allison Wulf. Awesome experience and highly recommend to all businesses in the field!
I run martial arts schools for almost 15 years. I tried many CRM softwares in the past, but none is like Kicksite, by far the best on the business. They were able to import all data from my previous software, all setting up the way I requested - belts, stripes, alerts, graduation, messaging with my students. The customer service is great, fast response and very friendly.
