Very unprofessional owners. Lost (or kept) an entire bin full of clothing of ours. We dropped off 5 bins full and we only received 4 bins back. Owner was extremely rude and wanted to only re-emberse us with a small store credit. (Which would be giving more money right back to him!) Even after we explained we wouldn’t be shopping there, he basically said we were out of luck. Didn’t try to come to a fair compromise at all.
