If I could give a 0 i absolutely would. I came in with a basket full of toys that my son no longer uses, some were literally untouched. 3 pairs of carters shoes, cleaned; barely worn. I also had two of the exact same toy sensory boxes that you can order from Amazon for $18 in which one had never been used and the employee took both of the sensory boxes for less than $10. Very unprofessional owners. Lost (or kept) an entire bin full of clothing of ours. We dropped off 5 bins full and we only received 4 bins back. Owner was extremely rude and wanted to only re-emberse us with a small store credit. (Which would be giving more money right back to him!) Even after we explained we wouldn’t be shopping there, he basically said we were out of luck. Didn’t try to come to a fair compromise at all.
