I brought a little box of clothing to the store and wanted to get a new outfit for my little one. I was quickly directed to the selling counter, and signed in super fast with their kiosk. Then they asked if I would prefer to drop off or stay in/store for my valuation of clothing I brought in. Kid to kid is kinda sad…. Took in 2 boxes of folded up clothes and toys. They took what they thought was good enough and literally wadded up the clothes and shoved them into the boxes, just a disrespectful group of people that are in that store. At least once upon a child folded the clothes and put them back in the boxes nicely. If you wanna sell something to kid to kid all they care about are toys that they price WAY above what they gave you for them and only the top brand of clothes. Not happy. Brought in one large tote and two smaller totes. Got the “come pick up your items” text too close to closing time to pick up same day. Don’t live in IF and thought you held items for three days (must be the other kid store). Came to pick up 48 hours later and they stole three bins of stuff, lost my bins, and gave me $11. I am a grandfather of a 3 year old and a 1 year old. This is a great place to exchange closes and toys. Kids grow so fast, and to sell the small clothes for bigger ones is great for any parents
Amazing customer service! We bought a huge doll house and they even offered to help load it and everything! Also have amazing stuff at great prices! A doll house that would’ve costed $350 new and the doll itself is $40 and all furniture for $150! Amazing!
