This store is very cute. They have tons of children's items; from toys, to clothes, to shoes to furniture. They have a variety of clothing sizes. The clothes appeared to be in perfect condition. The store was very put together and organized. The prices looked reasonable. I wasn't really looking for anything specific. I just wanted to see what this store was like.
Seriously some of the kindest customer service in Idaho Falls and holy cow -- the CONVENIENCE and VALUE. They took all my kids' old clothes, bought what they wanted, and donated the rest. We walked away with updated wardrobes for both my boys--super drippy, according to my tween. Great stuff. 10/10 would recommend.
Well, today was my first visit to this store, and I got everything we were in there looking for very easily. The stores layout is great, it’s really organized, and the items we found were in tip top shape too! So I was very impressed with all things “kid to kid.”
Kid to kid is kinda sad…. Took in 2 boxes of folded up clothes and toys. They took what they thought was good enough and literally wadded up the clothes and shoved them into the boxes, just a disrespectful group of people that are in that store. At least once upon a child folded the clothes and put them back in the boxes nicely. Not happy. Brought in one large tote and two smaller totes. Got the “come pick up your items” text too close to closing time to pick up same day. Don’t live in IF and thought you held items for three days (must be the other kid store). Came to pick up 48 hours later and they stole three bins of stuff, lost my bins, and gave me $11. I won’t be selling to you guys again. All those clothes were worn by one child! Nicer stuff than what they currently have on the wracks. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
