I was selling clothes there for the first time and had a great experience initially. When I called to check if my clothes were ready, I was told they were, I just hadn’t received a notification. Oh man. This consignment store in the western mall is fantastic!! Clean, kind staff, affordable. It’s also attached to an adult consignment store with an easy walk-thru! We purchased this perfect backpack - only $5.30!! Definitely returning!
Brought 2 totes of very lightly used items in their staff was extremely rude told them we were from out town and they took almost 5 hours to look at our things and hardly took anything. Don’t waste your time going here. Once upon a child is definitely a better option to shop and exchange clothes
The amazing ladies who work here are compassionate and kind and caring. They went above expectation to help me with a situation today. They treated me with grace and respect. The store is clean and organized and priced appropriately. I definitely recommend this business. ❤️🙏
I forget her name, but I asked one of the gals about sizing on an infant shoe. She didn't know either but she pulled out her phone, did a search, and found what I needed to know. I asked if she could possibly text it to me and she said, sure. She went above and beyond. It's becoming a rare thing these days, so when it happens, well it's like gold.
