Extremely Disappointed with the Service I went in today to sell some of my daughter’s gently used clothes. After receiving a text that my offer was ready, I returned to the store. I stood at the counter for about five minutes without any acknowledgment from the seven staff members working behind it—not even a simple “we’ll be right with you.” When I was finally helped, I was shown the bin of items they chose to buy. Great variety of gently used little kids clothing and toys for reasonable prices. However I'm giving Kids2Kids a 4* Rating because I feel like they could charge a little less for name brand things such as Nike, Adidas, & other popular sporting brands. If I wanted to pay what they ask for than I would just buy it new off a clearance rack and it would be the same thing, only brand new. I absolutely love going to Kid to Kid! The customer service is amazing! The store is so clean and organized, making it easy to find what you are looking for. They have everything from toys, clothes, shoes, and other necessities for your little ones.
My daughter told me about this place so tonight I decided to go in and check it out very clean, the staff was very friendly ,the prices are reasonable and they have $2 clearance, and 3 different colored tags are 50% off .I found some great things for my grandkids.I will definitely be back ..
My daughter told me about Kid to Kid , so of course I had to check it out. Very nice, welcoming staff. The store has always been clean and organized when I have come in to shop. Great deals here also. I recommend shopping here for your babies/ children's needs.
