Whew! I have a mouth full!! When i first went to this place I didn't have an issue everything went smooth, so I thought.... They rejected brand new outfits and shoes, didn't think anything of it, maybe they were a little stained or scuffed . Next time I went, more brand new outfits and sneakers (Name Brand) made sure nothing had anything on them....REJECTED!! again🙃 and so on. We buy most of my kid's clothes second-hand - they grow so fast! - so I was so excited to get this recommendation - and so glad I stopped in! Great selection, clean store, friendly and helpful staff - very happy to have another place to shop for my son! Highly recommend you check it out!
Went in there for their sale for the weekend didn’t get greeted at all. The store was very messy and not shoppable and for their sale for the weekend. They didn’t have much to select. I visited for my first time today and my only regret is that I haven't made it there sooner! What a beautifully organized, clean, friendly store. The clothing is very nice quality, much of it with tags still on. The staff are so kind and helpful. I'm excited to visit again and make this my go to store for clothing and other items for my granddaughter.
I brought in a large tote of clothing to consign, many of the items were in excellent condition and even had tags still on them. The store refused the entire tote, stating that everything was “wet and damp.” The only possible time anything could have gotten "damp" was during the short walk from my car to the store while it was raining, but the clothing came from a dry tote in dry storage and I checked everything the morning before I dropped it off.
