My children have gone to KCP since they were babies and toddlers. They are now much older . It was sad losing Dr.Moos. I don’t know how we got so fortunate but Krist is an excellent pediatrician as well. She has a heart that understands kids and teens. It’s obvious she is passionate about helping her patients. Dr. Jump and her sweet nurse have been nothing but exceptional since switching to this practice! We had our son at a different pediatrician and switched him to this practice and we have had nothing but a positive experience with them. From the front desk staff to the back staff. I have been taking my daughter to Dr. Kristy Rutherford since we moved to Knoxville 2 years ago and she has been heaven sent for us! I can’t believe my baby actually gets excited to go to the doctor now. She is the sweetest and kindest woman and I can’t imagine any other doctor taking care of my sweet baby. Everyone from the front desk gal to the doctor were so friendly kind helpful straightforward and knowledgeable. Cheerfully decorated throughout …a happy safe place to be. Highly recommend this center for children! Thank you!
The doctor is fantastic. The dark haired receptionist is rude. I had an appointment at 8:15 and was told to arrive 15 minutes early. The schedule says they open at 8. I get there at 8, but the door is locked. No problem figure they just haven’t unlocked it yet because I was there at exactly 8. I see the receptionist walking towards the door looking like she was annoyed she had to open the door. The woman unlocks the door only to stick her head out to tell us they won’t let us in until the doctor gets here so we have to wait... read more
