Dr. Baker is incredibly kind. She is reserved, but not cold, and isn’t pushy. I felt like she was genuinely helping us make the best medical decisions for our family, instead of pushing an agenda. The office itself is clean and any admin and nurses were nice and patient. We didn’t have any long wait times and they were able to fit us in last minute. We unfortunately had to move and leave the practice. We tried out a few drs in Knoxville and we were so happy to have stumbled upon them!
My family loves Kids Central Pediatrics! We have so much confidence in Dr. James and his entire team. He is so kind, patient, and thorough. He celebrates our family’s wins, and supports us through the challenges. We started going to the Oak Ridge location and they are fantastic, but the West Knoxville location is also outstanding! We are always moved through our appointment swift and efficiently, and the staff is very caring. We love Kids Central and are happy to be under their care!
We love Dr Baker. We have been going to her for 15 years and she has been the best. She has taken such wonderful care of my disabled daughter and got her the help she has needed through the years. We will be with her as long as possible and so will future generations in our family.
We have been going to Dr. Baker for 7 years now and I can’t tell you how much we LOVE her. She is always so kind, caring, and attentive. She is a one of a kind doctor that is hard to find! I absolutely love the office and everyone is always so sweet!
I absolutely love doctor Baker. I’ve been bringing my children to her for quite some time now. I love that she always remembers my children and their past visits. I like this new office she moved to, Kids Central Pediatrics. There’s no long wait in the waiting room and exam room. The staff is very friendly. It’s very easy for me to schedule appointments for my children.
