My kids had their first visit to Kids Dental Smiles in Pflugerville today, and we were all so pleased! The staff helped my 3-year-old warm up quickly, were full of smiles, explained things patiently to my 6-year-old and very thorough in their work. We enjoyed Dr. Karim very much as well. We definitely recommend this practice!
