We've been with KPP (first at the Beechwood Blvd office, now at the Seven Fields office) since my kiddos were born early at the end of 2012, and have had positive interactions EVERY SINGLE TIME we've needed assistance. My girls are comfortable seeing all of the providers they've visited, the staff at every location (we've even gone to walk-in hours in Pleasant Hills office in a pinch) have been fantastic. Only a few visits in, and can't say anything but good things about this Pediatrician office. We've had great experiences with the front desk staff, the lactation professionals, PAs and doctors here with our son. It's a larger facility than appears and we've never had to wait to go to a room for our appointment and the only delays in the room were time for my wife to feed. I love this group of doctors! I have been going here since 2014. I found the most support in every area that any mother needs, The breastfeeding center is amazing from being a new breastfeeding mom to now a football mom. This group of doctors was the most supportive. I love the patient porthole everything that has gone on with my kids I have access to.

This review is for the Cranberry/Seven Fields location, there are other locations down in the Pittsburgh area. Solid performance from a kid's doctor office, the waiting area is bright and cheery and has never been crowded anytime we've taken the kids there. Getting an appointment has always been pretty quick, and walk ins are available too. Zero consideration for patients. I drove almost 40 minutes from Butler to hurry from work to my sons appointment and ended up being 9 minutes late. The woman at the desk told me they did not have time to see us and had to reschedule. I told her how far away we lived and that it would be hard for me to take more time off work and offered to wait but she did not want to help at all. We will not be coming here any more.

Have to agree this place is literally the WORST. Sitting with Dr Riley for 30min was one of the worst experiences with a doctor I've ever had, and I have 3 kids. She was insulting, patronizing, aggressive, and basically called me dumb and a bad person for having an opinion about medical decisions for my child. Would NEVER go back here and shame on them for treating parents like this while claiming to "empower you to be the parent you want to be" on the home page of their website. Run the other way!!

This place is literally the worst. They will make you wait over an hour after a scheduled appointment with no consideration for your job or schedule. Every time we went for a flu shot I had to carve two hours out of my day. The final straw was being 8 minutes late to an appointment. Being told there was no guarantee a doctor was going to see me by a large blonde troll like woman upfront and then getting a surprise $15 late fee for an appointment I was not even given a 15 minute professional courtesy window to begin with. No trust for this practice! We just moved to PA and I signed a release with Kids plus for my kids records on 10/13 , I called them on 10/27 explaining that were were going to be traveling and I need my youngest to get her 1st Covid shot , I was told that they my previous pediatrician (another State) had not sent the medical records and they would have to wait for those!
