I love love love Dr. Chapman! She takes her time, she answered all our questions, not only is she knowledgeable she is relatable, and took care of my daughter as a whole. We're originally from California and we did not expect to find a pediatrician right away. We will continue to ask for Dr. Chapman for all our future visits.

I came here as a child and now I bring my son to this practice. I started off at this location (Elkins Park) and we moved about a year ago closer to the Northeast location. I like that they have multiple locations so there was no need to transfer records, etc. What I love about Tri-County is that this practice has been open to delaying or splitting up the immunization schedules for my child. I and my 2 siblings went here as children, and now my 3 children go here. The staff is friendly and they care about the well being of your child. It's also easy to make an appointment with this location, as long as you make it in a timely fashion (as with any other doctor). If they don't have the appointment, they'll refer you to one of their other locations. As long as they're around I will never go anywhere else!

I've been going to these facility for over 8 years with my three kids. The ladies at the front desk always knew who I was when I would call or walk in for an appointment. They were Always was nice and loved seeing the kids . In the last year there has been administrative turnover and those there now lack basic customer service. More specifically, Delores Maldanado, whom should be fired and banned from working the front desk altogether. The Worst!! Especially so called 'Dr' Mekler He shouldn't be let near animals let alone children. No bedside manner. My child is on the autism spectrum and terrified of needles. He manhandled him in such a way that left bruises. If you need a school form filled out they charge $5 - $20 . Gave my children unauthorized hearing tests and then sent me bills when insurance does not cover these and I have the most comprehensive and expensive insurance available (ppo). Stay away! A false diagnosis by a physician assistant who inappropriately is referred to in the practice as a doctor led to not only a lot of undue concern for us as parents, but also unnecessary bloodwork for our young toddler and a trip to CHOP that was utterly unnecessary according to the CHOP physicians, our new pediatrician, and a family member who is a Dr. This practice uses outdated medical practices and is not medically sound. There are much better practices in the area!!!
