I have taking my children to Kids Plus for almost 16 years. The staff has always been wonderful, however their new patient portal is horrible. I have zero access to any of my child's vaccinations, growth charts, and future appointments. I have been back and forth for weeks with the help desk who has been zero help. It's so frustrating.

Love this doctor. My ex and I were referred to this place by another parent who took their kids here. After the first visit, it was a wrap. We found our current and future pediatrician. Fast forward quite a few years later, my current wife and her daughter begin using this doctor as well. They have been able to really be the best doctors our kids could have.

I have been bringing both of my children here for over 14 years and never imagined I would be writing a review like this. A pediatrician's office is supposed to be a partner for families throughout childhood, but the care and attitude here have completely changed since the practice was bought out. What used to feel supportive now feels cold, disorganized, and dismissive. Phone calls are confusing and unhelpful. The online system is clunky.
