Dr. ********************** is great!!! This complaint is about their business office. More importantly ***** Business ******** She is rude, unprofessional, and threatens to send accounts to collections. Has no customer service skills what so ever. And someone that says she has 15 yrs of experience hard to see. Issue is with billing for services. I was provide a cost to sealants for my daughter, I paid what was due $200.00 at the time of service. Month later get a bill for additional $400.00 dollars. They state their estimate... read more
