We’ve been patients for over 6 years and every visit is comfortable and caring! Staff is attentive! We love Kids World!
As a patient, this place treats you with so much love and care. You even start to get excited to go in for appointments. They let you choose what you want to watch, they check in with you and let you know when they will be doing something. They keep you well informed as well as the parents/guardians. Our family has been with Dr. Torres for the past 8+ years before with my bonus kids and now with my own two kids. I’ve always had a great experience and appreciate their flexibility when I’ve had to schedule/reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. I appreciate that as a business they value my time and try to be respectful of everyone’s calendars and limit people having to wait to be seen… and also are available after hours when we had an emergency.
