We have been coming to Dr. Torres for over 10 years and have never had any bad experiences. I tried going to a different dentist for its closer proximity to our house and open on Saturday. I will NEVER go anywhere else again! Going to this other dentist office made me realize all of the great qualities Dr. Torres and her team offer for my kids! We have been bringing our daughter here since her first two teeth sprouted. We moved out of the area last year and we still drive an hour for her dental appointments every 6mos, or for dental emergencies, which she happened to experience last year. Everyone from the front desk to the to the dentists have wonderful personalities and work ethic. We rarely have to wait for our appointments, they honor both our time and their schedules. The office is very clean and welcoming. Dr. Torres is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. She explained everything clearly and recommended only what was necessary—no unnecessary treatments or upselling. I feel confident bringing my kids here and highly recommend her and her team! Carmen, Estella and Ally are so helpful and welcoming as well.
This was our first visit with my two young boys (4 and 7 yrs old), and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and kind, which immediately put my kids at ease. The dentist and team were so patient, gentle, and great at explaining everything in a way the boys could understand. I highly recommend this office for any parents looking for a caring and kid-friendly pediatric dentist. They truly know how to make children feel safe and cared for.
I took my three year old and he loved it! Dr. Torres and her staff are amazing! Her dental assistants were so good with my three year old. Dr. Torres was singing K-pop to my son while she was doing his fillings so he wouldn’t get scared since it’s his favorite movie right now. I highly recommend taking your children here!
