First, I’d like to say the doctors we’ve met have been nice, not exactly as thorough as I’m used, but nice. The facility needs some updating. We came from CHOA and I understand their locations are state of the art, but this place could do better. Nothing inviting in the waiting room, rooms are sterile looking and nothing is updated. If I were a child, I wouldn’t look forward to coming here. It makes you feel a bit depressed. not happy no callbacks called the service regarding my son's bleeding pick line. Nobody bothered to call me back half information given very unhappy when you're trying to save your child's life and you have to trust doctors and they don't return your calls. It's very unsettling the hospital that they're affiliated with St. Mary's is dirty and it should be a sterile environment. As you're dealing with people and patience with zero immune system
The staff and doctors here are phenomenal. Our daughter has been coming here for over three years and we’re so glad she’s in their care.
Everyone at this practice was so kind and courteous. I was able to ask all my questions and felt like my daughter got the best care.
