Staff was very friendly. Took lots of care with my little one. Beware of parking though… or lack thereof. There’s very limited parking so make sure you get there early. I had to stalk someone to get their spot. And even that wasn’t really a parking spot but it worked for us. Other than that, great Dr, great staff.
My 13 yr old son was referred to Dr Eric Verfaille from Saint Mary’s Hospital. The staff at this office was great! We didn’t interact with anyone who wasn't friendly, kind, and gentle. Dr Verfaille was the most patient, informative, caring Dr my son has ever had. It’s not often you find all the aspects of a Dr visit to be what you would hope them to be. I felt everyone there loves what they do and do it well.
not happy no callbacks called the service regarding my son's bleeding pick line. Nobody bothered to call me back half information given very unhappy when you're trying to save your child's life and you have to trust doctors and they don't return your calls. It's very unsettling the hospital that they're affiliated with St. Mary's is dirty and it should be a sterile environment. As you're dealing with people and patience with zero immune system
Had a tough time trying to get to the office but meeting with Kaitlin APRN certainly made up for it. She has great bedside manner. Very professional and knowledgeable. The office staff was pleasant.
The office was very beautifully decorated for the holiday and the staff was amazing. Very polite and friendly and nice. They had a bubble machine and my kids loved it. 😂 they gave us bubbles as well. Good doctor 👍
