I am writing to express my frustration with the recent experience regarding my son's appointment. I scheduled this two weeks in advance, yet the front desk failed to request an authorization. I had to leave work early and pick up my son from school for an appointment that ultimately did not happen. There was no communication from your office prior to the appointment, leaving us unprepared and inconvenienced. The front desk staff, particularly Patricia, was unhelpful and dismissive. My teenage son was diagnosed with a blood clot earlier this year. It was an upsetting and painful time. Dr. Ramirez, Dr. Saxena, Eric Verfaillie PA, and Kaitlin NP are an impeccable team. Along with their staff members…they took great care of my son. I will forever be thankful for their service and kindness. I don’t think there are enough stars that I could give that could match their professionalism and kindness.
